{"id":1974,"date":"2022-05-31T23:23:19","date_gmt":"2022-05-31T23:23:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ahda.org.uk\/blog\/?p=1974"},"modified":"2022-05-31T23:23:24","modified_gmt":"2022-05-31T23:23:24","slug":"fairlop-liaison-group-meeting-25-apr-2022","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ahda.org.uk\/blog\/2022\/05\/31\/fairlop-liaison-group-meeting-25-apr-2022\/","title":{"rendered":"Fairlop Liaison Group Meeting 25 Apr 2022"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Notes on the meeting taken by our Chair Vanessa:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Haul Road<\/strong>.\u00a0 They are awaiting the Benonite wall \u00a0paperwork to be finalised and then there will have to have archaeological surveys\/testing done and that will be mid May\/late May and then the Wall will be finalised in June., so they are looking to the Haul Rd to be done late May 2022.<br><\/li><li><strong>Area E\u00a0<\/strong> Basically, depends on all the paperwork, the Wall etc being done on time but looking at June\/July 2022 onwards.<br><\/li><li><strong> Area F<\/strong>?\u00a0 There is approx. 10,000 tonnes left, which is about a month\u2019s worth.\u00a0 This will remain open for the silt etc to be taken off Area E.<br><\/li><li>Plastic Fencing for animal trapping removed?\u00a0 They are awaiting for the ecological report to be signed off, when this is done, the plastic fencing will be removed.<br><\/li><li><strong>Community Payback<\/strong> \u2013 Yes, Bretts are willing to donate shovels etc, just let Simon know when!<br><\/li><li><strong>Footpaths<\/strong>.\u00a0 There is NO plan to close either footpath, however one of them may be diverted for a couple of metres.\u00a0 There is to be a letter to residents and John H said about signs going up in the area to warn people and Bretts have said this will be done.\u00a0 The letters will be done mid May 2022.<br><\/li><li><strong>The Ditches <\/strong>\u2013 evidently Highways are stating that they are not responsible but the adjoining landholder is!\u00a0 We expressed dissatisfaction with this and for Highways\/Planning &amp; Estates to work it out before the next meeting!!<br><\/li><li>Capital Concrete may put in a planning application for a portacabin near the existing cabins etc \u2013 stressed that the tree will not be removed!<br><\/li><li><strong>NEXT MEETING 12 July 2022.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Notes on the meeting taken by our Chair Vanessa: Haul Road.&nbsp;
