On 1st October 2022 AHDA made a Freedom of Information Request regarding the public consultation or engagement and outreach as Redbridge later called it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We asked:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. We wish to know how many consultations and outreach sessions were held for the public from the 31st May 2022 till 1st October 2022.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. How many of the sessions were held and the dates?<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. How many of the sessions were face to face?<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. How many were online?<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. How many people responded face to face or at the drop in sessions?<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. How many people responded online?<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. What preventable measures were taken against people responding multiple times either at the drop in sessions or online?<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. How many consultants were available at each session?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    7. A choice was made not to limit the number of responses on the online survey from the same IP address, as this would restrict people from the same family or from those using a public computer. There were a limited number of responses from identical IP addresses which seemed to be from different members of a family. These responses shared different views<\/li>\n\n\n\n
