Seems at odds with your advice of the applications being in tandem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center has-text-color has-medium-font-size\" style=\"color:#025436\"><strong>The Environment Agency said<\/strong> &#8220;<strong>This is NOT accurate<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-text-color has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#007449\"><strong>An environmental permit can be applied for and\/or issued for sites that do not have planning permission in place. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#015637;font-size:15px\"><strong>Sites which are proposing to recover waste as part of the development often try to use the planning permission as evidence of \u201ca requirement\u201d to create a specific landform, hence justify the activity as recovery rather than disposal of waste.<\/strong>&#8220;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bellway&rsquo;s Billet Road Environmental Permit application.
